Pre Calculus H students finding roots to cubics and quartics with synthetic division, rational roots theorem, sum and product of roots (useless), and their brains. Tough stuff. Eighty minutes on 4 problems. If they were proud of their work then I took a picture of their whiteboard and printed it out for them. They are getting pretty good at synthetic division.
